Your mission

Job description

• Your mission at Climeworks is to support in process and documentation relevant to the full life cycle management of all patents and other intellectual property.
• This in particular includes documentation of patent filing and prosecution events, preparing reports visualizing the intellectual property portfolio, creating and populating templates for patent analysis documents, supporting inventors in preparation of invention disclosures and patent searches, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating signatures of legal documents.

Your story

Requirements

• You have a university degree or completed training as a paralegal or administrative assistant.
• You have 3-5 years of professional work experience in intellectual property; in-house experience is a plus.
• You have excellent organization skills and are capable of learning independently.
• You are very well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others). Additionally, you bring advanced Excel skills and / or other patent management software knowledge on-board.
• You are fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
